READ THE LOOP

Learn the resource loop before chasing size.

Pocket Cult puts you in charge of an evil dungeon with buildings, minions and heroes attacking your lair. Begin by reading the production and cost information in your installed version. Exact values can change; a purchase sequence copied from another build can be worse than understanding one current tooltip.

Ask three questions before spending: what does this add, what does it cost to keep, and what decision does it unlock? A larger displayed number is useful only if it improves the part of the dungeon currently limiting your progress.

FIRST DECISIONS

Make one change, then observe the result.

  1. Identify the resource that currently prevents the next useful action.
  2. Compare the available building upgrades that affect it.
  3. Read minion upkeep and building affinities before assigning or adding units.
  4. Keep dungeon defense in mind rather than spending every resource on production.
  5. Observe the effect before repeating the same purchase.

This is a decision sequence, not a claimed optimal build. The store describes buildings, minion affinities, raids and resource management, but it does not establish a universal best opening for every game state.

FIRST RETURN

Use your first return as a check of the system.

Before closing the game, notice the current resource state and what you expect to improve. When you return, inspect the offline-progress result and the next available decisions. If growth differs from your expectation, check the game's current limits and mechanics before assuming the save is broken.

The public listing describes offline progression and no forced ads. Optional rewarded bonuses are separate from ordinary decisions. You do not need to treat an unavailable ad as a reason to stop learning the dungeon’s underlying production loop.

BEFORE ASCENDING

Understand the reset before accepting it.

Ascension resets the dungeon in exchange for Corruption that strengthens later runs, according to the Play listing. Read the current reset preview carefully: what is lost, what remains and what benefit is being offered?

If you cannot explain what the next run gains, keep learning before resetting. This guide deliberately avoids an invented ascension threshold or exact minion build. Use the related prestige and upgrade guides to compare choices, then check the current game values. Pocket Cult fits players who enjoy management and incremental decisions with a dark-fantasy theme.
