Nyxelium (“we”, “us”, “our”), handles information when you play. Pocket Cult is an
offline idle game available on Google Play (package

Pocket Cult is designed to work offline. The following stays on your device and is not transmitted to us:
This data is removed when you delete the App or clear its storage. Because it never leaves your device, we cannot retrieve or restore it for you.
To offer a free, ad-supported game and to keep it stable, we use the trusted third-party services below. These services may collect information directly from your device under their own privacy policies.

The Game requests internet access for ads and analytics in the flows described above.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Information is processed only by the service providers named in §2, acting on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own policies, and where required by law.
On-device data persists until you delete it or uninstall the App. Data held by Google services (advertising, analytics) is retained according to Google’s policies. Crash and analytics data is typically retained for a limited period and in aggregated form.
Depending on where you live (e.g. EEA/UK under GDPR, California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because your game data lives only on your device, you can delete it directly by clearing the App’s storage or uninstalling. For data held by Google services, see Google’s policy. Pocket Cult is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Ads are configured for a general audience; if you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us so we can address it.
Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses).
We rely on your device’s app-sandboxing to protect on-device data and on reputable providers (Google) for processed data. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the App or on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
