Signet

Terms of Use

Effective date: 12 August 2026  ·  Last updated: 12 August 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the Signet application (the “App”), published by Nyxelium (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using Signet, you agree to these Terms.

Plain-language summary

Use Signet only with photos, logos, fonts and text you have the right to use. Keep your own originals and backups. Signet creates new output files but cannot guarantee that every file, device or storage condition will complete successfully.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use Signet for lawful personal or commercial creative work, subject to these Terms and the rules of the store from which you obtained it.

2. Your content and rights

You retain ownership of the photos, logos, text and other content you use with Signet. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to process that content and create the requested exports.

You must not use Signet to infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights; falsify ownership or provenance; facilitate fraud; harass another person; or create or distribute unlawful content.

3. Local processing and outputs

Signet processes selected content on your device and creates new output files. You are responsible for reviewing each output before publishing, sending, selling or relying on it. A watermark does not by itself establish ownership, authenticity or legal protection.

4. Availability and technical limits

Image codecs, metadata, memory, available storage and operating-system behaviour vary across devices. Signet may reject unsupported or oversized input, skip an unreadable item, reduce an operation to a supported path or fail to complete a job when device resources are insufficient.

We may change supported formats, limits or compatibility in later versions to protect reliability and security.

5. Originals, backups and data loss

Signet is designed not to modify original photos, but you remain responsible for maintaining your own backups and confirming that exported copies are complete and suitable. Do not use Signet as the only repository for important content, drafts or exported work.

6. Updates

We may release updates that fix defects, change compatibility, improve security or modify features. Some updates may be required for continued use on newer versions of Android or for distribution through Google Play.

7. No paid service in the initial release

The initial Android release is provided without advertising, subscriptions or in-app purchases. If paid features or advertising are introduced later, the App, store listing, privacy disclosures and any applicable purchase terms will be updated before those features are offered.

8. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signet is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every file or device, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyxelium is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of Signet, including lost content, business interruption or an output used without review. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

10. Termination

You may stop using Signet at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend availability or terminate this licence if you materially violate these Terms, subject to applicable law and store rules.

11. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the Signet Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when Signet or applicable requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where required. Your continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
