This Privacy Policy explains how Hexbrew: Idle Alchemy Witch (the “App” or “Game”),
published by Nyxelium (“we”, “us”, “our”), handles information when you play. Hexbrew is a
cozy-gothic offline idle apothecary game available on Google Play and the Apple App
Store (package / bundle ID com.nyxelium.hexbrew).
Hexbrew is designed to work offline. The following stays on your device and is not transmitted to us:
This data is held locally by the app (via your device’s standard app storage) and is removed when you delete the App or clear its storage. The Game also provides an option to wipe your save from within its settings. Because this data never leaves your device, we cannot retrieve, restore or transfer it for you.
To offer a free, ad-supported game and to keep it stable, we use the trusted third-party services below. These services may collect information directly from your device under their own privacy policies.

Advertising data is subject to your consent choices (see §6). Analytics and crash reporting run to help us fix bugs, understand which features are used, and improve the Game. In-game events are counted in aggregate and are not tied to your real-world identity.
Hexbrew offers optional in-app purchases (for example, removing interstitial and banner ads, cosmetic skins, and convenience boosts). No content is ever locked behind a purchase — the Game is fully playable for free.

Hexbrew does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos or files.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Information is processed only by the service providers named in §2 and the app stores named in §3, acting on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own policies, and where required by law.
On-device data persists until you delete it, wipe your save, or uninstall the App. Data held by Google and Apple services (advertising, analytics, crash reporting, purchases) is retained according to their respective policies. Crash and analytics data is typically retained for a limited period and in aggregated form.
Depending on where you live (e.g. the EEA/UK under GDPR, California under the CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws elsewhere), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because your game data lives only on your device, you can delete it directly by wiping your save, clearing the App’s storage, or uninstalling. Hexbrew is intended for a general, adult-casual audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Ads are configured for a general audience; if you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us so we can address it.
Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses).
We rely on your device’s app-sandboxing to protect on-device data and on reputable providers (Google, Apple) for processed data. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
We may update this policy from time to time — for example, when we add or change a third-party service. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the App or on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
